The Bylaws of Vulcabras Azaleia has been completely reformed to meet the main requirements for joining the Novo Mercado.

As part of the Corporate Governance project, Vulcabras Azaleia has been seeking to strengthen its ties with the investor community and the capital market in general, formalizing policies and implementing corporate governance practices in its daily routines.
