The shareholders will receive the credit according to the registration provided to BTG PACTUAL SERVIÇOS FINANCEIROS S/A DTVM., the depositary institution of this Company’s shares, and those who have the shares in custody at B3 will have their credits transferred by the respective custody agents.
Shareholders with outdated registrations or without a registered bank domicile will have their credits deposited after registration regularization.
